Putting the group’s new identity at the heart of the scenography

Top Managers’ event – Deauville, France – 3 days

The event brought together 140 managers (14 countries) around a wow scenography, centered on the group’s new identity.

We built stimulating masterclasses, an exhibition to share the latest innovations, “time-out moments” designed to reconnect, and inspiring external interventions. We took charge of the event from A to Z.

Our missions:

  • Contents: elaborating the run-of-show (timed script), editorial support, proposals for external speakers, construction of collective intelligence workshops, etc.
  • Videos: creation of an inspiring opener to set the tone at the start of the day, filming of interviews across the five continents in advance to enliven the plenary sessions, production of a daily news report to relive the best moments of the day, filming and editing of a best-of to be broadcasted at the end of the event
  • Form: scenography, graphic charter of the event and its variations (key visuals, slides, video supports, badges)
  • Logistics: welcoming participants, managing the event application, flow management, etc.
  • Downtime: sports team building, organization of festive evenings and moments to reconnect
